V5 Renderer in Ill. 2022

Has anyone had issues with Illustrator not being able to load the renderer. I see it in the window but clicking on it does nothing. I have updated IC3D to the latest version but still not able to resolve the issue. Any suggestions?

Even though it appears in the window, selecting it dordle has no effect. To no avail, I have upgraded to the most recent version of IC3D. Do you have any ideas?
